Remotely or from the office

If you prefer to work remotely and the specifics of the project allow it, you have this option. Working from home, however, you don't have to use your computer. You will be provided with a company laptop along with the required accessories. You will also always be up to date with company news, thanks to an internal newsletter (IntegralNews).

We need up to 3 days to review your resume and match it with our expectations.

Let’s get to know each other better
during a phone conversation – we are interested in your experience and motivation.

Technical interview
We will also answer questions in Technical interviews in the office or online. An expert will test your knowledge and technical skills. The meeting will last about an hour.

Decision
We need up to 3 days to respond to decide if you are the person we are looking for.

We always acquire new skills

During team-building outings, we not only have fun but also learn new skills. Learning how to play golf in one day, obviously will not make you Tiger Woods, but by when you “accidentally hit someone with the golf ball” you will have a good time in good company.

Having fun and helping those in need

A committed team is one of the essentials for high-quality completed projects and not just IT ones. We are happy to get involved in charitable activities. We painted a fence for the Orphanage No. 1 in Warsaw and we did the installation of birdhouses – all are our unforgettable moments spent together, culminating in joyful play with children. The happiness and smiles on their faces when they received sports bikes from us, turned out to be a wonderful reward.

Competition and teamwork

An extra dose of adrenaline, during the exciting competition with colleagues, is the perfect summary of the team-building trip. Teamwork, the use of a variety of skills and a bit of courage allowed us to construct and climb the tower of crates. During the outdoor games, we improve teamwork skills, get to know each other better and, most importantly, we do have lots of fun.
